About Author
I was born in 1985 in Poland. I’m a man who’s an enthusiast of IT, psychology, graphic design and everything that’s in Alpha/Beta test phase ;)
My adventure with IT began when I was a child, in the primary school at the IT lessons where most of students was playing Doom I or Quake I or drawing in paint. Paint ? – you ask… yes, we were learning at PCs with Windows 3.1/3.11 and DOS. I’m not saying – I was playing and drawing as well, but that’s what lead me to… today ;)
I always was asking a question: ‘Why ?’ …it’s like that and not the other way / …it’s working like that / etc. At home we had a PC, that days an old ’386, with Win.3.11 and DOS ofc. and here I have to admit that I preferred DOS than a Win. So when I was playing game I was wondering why I can’t move here or there, or why when I use this it have this or that effect… so I looked into the files and found a strange marks there, it made me curious and I started to modify the files and check on the effects. Took me a while before I understood what I was doing, but with a time it get better. It remains like that to this day, I like to ‘test’ random things, analyse its behaviour and if I’m able – to fix it. That’s one of the reason why I’m so much enjoying the Alpha/Beta tests of random things, the second reason is that, that I feel like I’m a part of bigger thing, and a part of creation process. It has it’s own benefits as well, sometimes developers in a ‘thanks’ gesture just send a commercial copy of software to you, or give you a credit or bonus items (most popular behavior in case of online game devlopers), and ofc. if you was helpfull you may expect invitation to the tests of future products. So that will be shortly all about my approach to things.
What am I doing in my life ? hmm… for sure I’m trying to learn something new everyday, not necessarily at the university. I like to ‘fight’ with different kind of PC infections, tweaking PC / OSes, playing chess or some (MMO)RPGs, reading (pretty everything). Sometimes I’m ‘helping’ in small company when thay have problems with PCs or network but I don’t see myself doing that for living, I treat it more like a hobby. I’m also designing advertisement materials, such as business cards, banners, etc. (and that’s the way that I could live from).
Ps. Thank you for being interested and for visiting this page ;)
